SEMINOLE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE FOR SALE
subdivisions | homes under $500K | homes over $500K | condos | overview | beaches & parks
Seminole, incorporated in 1970, is 2.2 square miles in size. Its population is 9,824, but increases to roughly 90,000 residents when you include all the unincorporated areas around it. This provides a large amount of Seminole real estate listings and Seminole houses for sale. Seminole is characterized by a small, homey atmosphere of Pinellas County which gives it increased value. Many people buy homes in Seminole because the Seminole schools have such a great reputation. St. Petersburg College’s technologically advanced campus is here and so is the famous Lake Seminole Park. This park consisting of 259 acres features individual and group picnicking facilities, a large play area, and a 2-mile-long recreation trail. You can see why houses for sale in this area don’t stay for sale too long.
