OUR COVID-19 UPDATE 7/24/2020

In accordance with the June 24, 2020 order put forth by the Pinellas County Commissioners our office will be enforcing the Mask rule. Our Governor initiated a “Reopen Florida Guidelines Task Force” early May with phased openings and plans for recovery. We are currently in Phase 2. Please be prepared to wear your mask while conducting business in our office. Should you forget to bring a mask, we can supply one for you. OUR COVID-19 UPDATE 4/8/2020 [Expired 5/1/2020]

After the “stay at home” order went into effect on April 1 in Florida you may be wondering if we are still helping our customers buy and sell homes. We are able to continue this service under the current guidelines and precautions set forth by the Governor of the State of Florida and Homeland Security classification of Real Estate as “essential services”. Our office in Palm Harbor, FL is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Our real estate websites are monitored by a Licensed Real Estate Agent from 9 am through 11 pm daily for your convenience and as an alternative to coming into the office. Should you prefer a one on one meeting, please call for an appointment before coming to the office.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to develop, we assure you that we are taking the necessary precautionary measures to ensure the health of our employees and our customers. As such, we are adhering to the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and local authorities.  As of now, we have implemented the following changes:

  • We are maintaining proper personal hygiene including frequent and complete hand washing throughout the day, requiring any and all guests to do the same upon entering the office.
  • Our employees are practicing social distancing throughout the day and there is never more than 6 to 8 people in the office at any one time.
  • Our staff and training meetings have moved to online meetings.
  • Our cleaning staff is cleaning and disinfecting all common area spaces (after each visitor) including all potential touchpoints – door handles, tables, chairs, and counters.

These tours allow prospective buyers to virtually walk through your home room by room, keeping house visits to a minimum. We are also committed to get your home up on the MLS within one day of signing the contract.
