Transcript of Thomas's answer:

Thomas Towns here with the Lipply Real Estate Company, The Towns Team. Trinity FL and New Port Richey FL are not the same place but they are in close proximity to each other. Trinity is actually a small residential community is Pasco County, Florida located on the southern tip of New Port Richey. New Port Richey is a city in Pasco County situated along the gulf of Mexico.

And while they are both separate entities they are part of the same general area of the Tampa Bay region. On average Trinity homes and businesses  are 21.8 years younger than New Port Richey's. Trinity area is forecasted to add about 2500 additional homes before the year 2029 making it one of the fastest growing communities in all of Tampa Bay.

I know because not only am I a real estate professional here, I am also a homeowner. I'd love to help you find your next home in Trinity.
