Hello - so why do I love Palm Harbor so much? As a professional real estate agent in the area, let me give you a few reasons why. First of all my name is Joe Gibbons with Lipply Real Estate. My office is right down the road here in Palm Harbor. First of all I love the location. We are on the Gulf Coast of Florida in the Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater area. Tampa and St. Pete have very vibrant downtown areas with lots of things to do: the Lightning, the Rays and in Pinellas County we have tons of beaches starting with Clearwater Beach going all the way down to St. Pete. Also, based on our location we are nestled among many cute little towns that have their own little vibe, like Dunedin to the south, Safety Harbor to the south, and just up the street here is Tarpon Springs which you may have heard of the Sponge Docks. So that's a pretty cool town also. That's number one.

Number two I love our Schools. We have East Lake High School which has a very strong engineering program. We also have Palm Harbor University which has an IB program which is a great launch pad for college for your kids.

But one of the most important things that I like about Palm Harbor is the Pinellas Trail. You may have heard of it, it is about 50 miles long. That's where I am right now. This is the paved Pinellas Trail. You can get on your bike right here and go to downtown St. Pete if you want. It won't take you all day. Or you can go north, follow this trail until it ends, and hook up to some other trails. You could probably go about 60 or 70 miles going that way. So that's another great reason to live in this area.

If you ever have any questions please contact me. I am right in Palm Harbor and I would love to hear from you.
