Hello everyone. Len Lipply of the Gulf Coast Team at Lipply Real Estate. One question I get a lot from customers is Clearwater Florida a great place to retire. And the short answer is yes. There's many reasons that come to my mind but a few to mention are we are located on the gulf of Mexico, we have Clearwater Beach right across the bridge, which has been name by Trip Adviser as the best beach in the country 2019, 2018, and 2016. Our downtown area has just completed an amphitheater right on the water that hosts concerts and family events all year round. Boating! Can't mention enough about boating. Whether or not you want to do a leisure cruise or year round fishing, in shore off off shore, we have plenty of marinas around the area with slips and docking areas.

Also, affordability for retirees. We have no state income tax which translates to a significant financial advantage for you. Oh and did I mention the all year round weather. The annual high is around 82 degrees and the low is around 68. Right now as you can see it is mid January and it is 67 degrees.

Clearwater Florida is definitely a lifestyle, come check us out.
