Belleair Beach, FL
Belleair Beach is a quiet residential strip of shoreline that lies between Sand Key and Indian Rocks Beach. Imagine owning a waterfront estate with daily sunsets from your own balcony! Here you can enjoy all the typical amenities of any large beach such as strolling, swimming, fishing, and much more set in a quiet residential, less commercialized area. Belleair Beach has four beach access areas along with a small marina that houses a boat ramp. This location is convenient to all residents and can be accessed by inland communities through the use of the Belleair Causeway. The city of Belleair is also conveniently located in Pinellas County to larger more commercialized beaches such as Clearwater where many tournaments, entertainment, recreational activities and restaurants can be enjoyed by Belleair residents whenever they choose. Belleair real estate has held its investment value due in part to its close proximity to the beaches and the upscale nature of the area.
Belleair Parks
If you are a lover of nature and enjoy spending time in the company of trees, birds, and sunshine, Belleair has an abundance of parks on and off the water. The city of Belleair Beach alone has eleven public parks for the enjoyment of its residents and visitors. Some parks include Morgan Beach Park, the Belleair Causeway Beach Area, Bayside Park and Crossman Park. The City of Belleair also has a unique park called Belleair Boat Ramp Park which provides access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico through the use of one of its seven docks. This five acre park also provides ample enough parking designed to fit vehicles with attached boat trailers. It can get a little crowded on weekends so plan to arrive early. If you are an avid boater or just wanted to enjoy a day of water sports, owning a home in Belleair may be well suited for you.
