Background

Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, Tia moved to Florida shortly after graduating high school. After receiving her court reporting certification, she began a career as a stenographer of civil and criminal depositions. Loving the work but desiring more of a challenge, she started her own marketing company in 2010. Specializing in social media management and event planning, Tia assisted many businesses grow through networking, web presence, and media exposure.

Joining Lipply Real Estate as an Assistant, Tia brings with her a great work ethic and the highest standards of customer satisfaction. She puts her heart into assisting each of our clients and pays close attention to every detail of their needs. Her photography skills and natural eye for interior design are huge assets when staging and marketing homes to be sold.

Personal

A resident of beautiful Dunedin, Tia is a busy mother of two teenagers and a volunteer for local animal rescue groups. In her free time she creatively up-cycles items that she sells in various boutiques.
