Christa was born and raised in Indiana but moved to sunny Florida to attend Eckerd College where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business Management. After graduating, Christa’s first career was working with developmentally disabled adults in a management position. This first career led to her second career of managing all phases and business aspects for assisted living facilities for five years. Christa then pursued her third career in the hospitality industry for five years in order to spend more time with her young children. Eventually this led to Christa’s fourth career in the education sector for 17.5 years where she worked as a teacher and specialist in exceptional student education. During this time, Christa obtained her Master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision from University of Phoenix. Christa decided to retire from the education field to pursue her most recent career of real estate. Over the years, Christa was involved with her parents own construction company and real estate investments, which provided Christa with the knowledge and experiences to bring to her current career in real estate.
Christa’s careers have provided her with diverse knowledge and skills that primarily have been aimed at helping others. Christa is known for being patient, hardworking and detail orientated. She prides herself on being professional in her interactions with others while engaging in honesty, integrity and empathy. Her careers have also provided her with effective communication, organization, problem solving, and time management skills.
Christa has resided in Pinellas County with her husband and two sons since 1992. Christa enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies, and decorating. Christa also enjoys spending time in nature and enjoys most outdoor activities such as swimming, biking and boating. Christa’s main passion is traveling. Christa enjoys the adventure that comes with travel. Each trip brings forever memories and exposure to cultural diversities. Christa and her family enjoy spending time with their rescue dog Athena and contributing to different animal rescue organizations.
