just off Boyette Road and Overpass Road, Wesley Chapel's, first regional park,
opened phase I in July of 2007, with phase II to be completed in soon.
Encompassing 144 acres and offering a host of amenities to meet the needs of
this growing community for Wesley Chapel Residents, you can find multiple soccer
fields, football, baseball, tennis, and basketball courts, swimming pools, and
boundless playgounds. The recreation facility near the center will include a
gymnasium and community meeting rooms. Bike paths wind through much of the park.
Tons of parking exists too, so pack up the whole family and head out for a day

For such a newly occupied community, Wesley Chapel, Florida has some wonderful restaurants.
The residents who live here and in the neighboring communities have no problem finding
a place to dine. There are such a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and are literally
so close to home. Most of Wesley Chapel's restaurants are franchise operated, but there are
still a few of the smaller individually owned places we all enjoy. As you can see below, there
are some of your favorites just right around the corner from many of the Wesley Chapel
subdivisions. Most restaurants in this community are located right off SR 54 and Bruce B.

Since Wesley Chapel, Florida borders New Tampa on Bruce B. Downs, there is never a
problem finding a shopping center. From grocery stores to home improvement
warehouses to electronics mega stores and craft shops, you will not have to go far to
get what you need. Wesley Chapel also has its own membership warehouse and
two “super” discount centers within a couple miles of each other. The plan for a
new mall called Cypress Creek Town Center is scheduled to open in 2008 will make shopping even more convenient. This mall is
said to be the largest in Florida, adding to the many stores and restaurants already
located close to Wesley Chapel. Other shopping centers are the Shoppes at
Wiregrass and an outlet mall called The Grove on the northern perimeter.
Saddlebrook Resort and Spa is a secluded Bahama style retreat set on 480 acres lavish
countryside in the heart of Wesley Chapel. This resort offers amenities like no other
