Spring Hill, Florida is located in Hernando County, which lies between Pasco County,
to the south, and Citrus County, located north. Spring Hill is just 35 miles
northwest of Tampa making real estate investment in Spring Hill very attractive.
This still allows for an easy commute, via the newly constructed Suncoast
Parkway, making work opportunities, large businesses, and the airport well
within reach. The Suncoast Parkway also makes other cities such as Clearwater
