Jobs.TampaBay.com, powered by monster.com, has one of the larger databases and will more than likely contain a higher quantity of options for employment. The main page displays the typical monster.com layout with four main categories; Search for Jobs, Job Seekers, Top Jobs and Employers.

Adding to those, is a Networking Blog, Advertising Feature Articles, a Salary Wizard, Job Hunting Resources, Salary Ranges by Job Title, a link to Career Seeker Plus publication and a Work With Us link to tbo.com.

The five main tabs are:

Search Jobs – here the user may enter a Keyword or select from the menu categories as well as login to their user account. An account is not required to conduct a search.

Post Resume – here the user may post their resume for potential employees to view. An account is necessary for this feature.

Search Candidates – here an employer may search and view resumes from potential employees. An account is necessary for this feature.

Post A Job – here an employer may post an available job where potential employees may view its details. An account is necessary for this feature.

Career News – here the user may read and review information posted by authors and bloggers. An account is not necessary for this feature.

TopJobs :  This main screen feature contains a menu of available jobs in the Tampa Bay area. Clicking on a job title will open up a window with further details. An account is not necessary for this feature.

Networking Blog: Selecting this feature will open a new window where the user may find information regarding employment and business articles posted by bloggers. There are many more links within this feature.

Advertising Feature Articles:  Here the user will find a scroll menu containing numerous articles that relate to careers, job seeking and employment.

Salary Wizard: Here the user may search for the salary range of their profession. There are also other options to find Cost of Living Expenses, a Job Assessor, a Salary Timer, a College Tuition Planner, an Executive Compensation calculator and a Millionaire Maker calculator.

Job Hunting Resources:  Here the user may view information that addresses Resume Writing, Networking to Find a Job, References and Interview Basics.

Salary Ranges by Job Title:  Here the user may view information that addresses the amount of salary that certain professions will command.
