Tanja's entire career has been devoted to customer service.
After her husband's military career moved them from Germany to the United States in the late '80s, Tanja worked for American Airlines where she provided
superior client support to their customers for many years. Not only was she
responsible for the implementation of computer software, Tanja also trained new
airline employees how to anticipate and resolve the needs of their passengers.
Upon her move to Florida ten years ago, Tanja worked in the tourism industry in
Miami as both a tour guide and a tourism consultant. Intrigued by real estate and all
the exquisite properties in Florida,
Tanja earned her Realtor’s license and followed that accomplishment by
obtaining her license to practice insurance. Because of the complexities
abundant in the modern real estate market, her insight into both the insurance
and the property facets of the business has benefited her clients
tremendously.
Now specializing in homes from waterfront to single family
to retirement villas, Tanja has brought her distinctive sensibility and detail
orientation to the Lipply Real Estate staff. Because she herself has moved from
out of state and out of country, her expertise in coordinating those
relocations is first hand. Tanja offers a wealth of information to both buyers
and sellers who are dealing with more than just a purchase or a sale, but a
change of lifestyle.
When she's not working with her clients, Tanja loves spending
time with her husband and their 10 year old daughter Sophia. They enjoy
rollerblading and hiking and visiting their local parks and beaches.
