Amongst the many talents Paul brings to Lipply Real Estate, we appreciate his tremendous knowledge of the area and his years of construction experience. With a previous career as an interior trim carpenter, Paul knows the market and understands how homes are put together.

With this critical eye for residential design and construction, Paul is an invaluable resource to home sellers as he can spot potential issues prior to listing the home for sale. He can even assess possible problems before a home is purchased; a practical tool when it comes to VA loans and their inspections.

As a native Floridian, Paul is very familiar with the history of the Tampa Bay area; he has seen the growth first hand and has watched the neighborhoods evolve and their businesses grow.

Paul's deep connections with the community and his reputation as a member of a well-respected family business have always compelled him to donate his time to local events and causes. An active participant of a parade crew that contributes their enthusiasm to the yearly Gasparilla festivities, Paul also donates his time to a dozen annual parades including holiday celebrations and events like the Dunedin Mardi Gras. Additionally, Paul runs several fishing tournaments and is very involved with the Clearwater YMCA. The donations these events encourage pave the way for neighborhood children to enjoy the benefits of membership.

Born in Largo, Paul owned and operated self-service car washes with his brother during high school and also spent many years working in the family business; the Moss Feaster chain of funeral homes.

Now as a part of the Lipply Real Estate team, Paul has brought all his life's experiences to helping people navigate the real estate market. We are excited to welcome Paul!
