Her previous jobs included: VP of Sales and Marketing for a gift distributor in Clearwater, Florida. Prior to holding these positions, Lynn was a Corporate Customer Service Manager and Corporate Customer Service Management Trainer for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in New York. These skills sets blend to place her in the category of a World Class Realtor.
Lynn’s educational background includes a degree in Special Education from NY State and multiple certifications in the field of customer service. She is a member of the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce and has donated her time as a volunteer for the American Heart Association, Special Olympics, and Easter Seals. Lynn serves on the Architectural committee of Lansbrook and was a board member in the subdivision.
Lynn Hanratty brings a genuine gusto to her work and to the communities of which she is a part. She is completely integrated into the Florida lifestyle since relocating over 10 years ago from her native city of Buffalo, New York. Lynn and her two beautiful children love Florida. Since experiencing many a blizzard and power outages, Lynn is now a staunch advocate of the Sunshine State and tries to encourage as many people as she can to relocate here!
