Bob Lipply is proud to introduce Joe Gibbons. Joe joined the Lipply Real Estate
Group after deciding to leave a long career in the fast paced environment
of New York City advertising. Joe has spent the past 15 years with Lowe
New York, most recently as a Senior Vice President & Associate Media Director.
Joe has worked on many major accounts at Lowe, such as Saab, Claritin, Perdue,
and Coca Cola. His work demanded extreme flexibility, quick thinking and an ability
to meet constantly changing competitive markets. He brings with him his vast
experience in business and his background in marketing. With this experience,
Joe knows how to position your home to sell quickly and get you top dollar in
our competitive marketplace.
Joe grew up in Cortland, New York as one of nine children. He went on to
study business at the State University of New York College at Oswego in Oswego,
NY and graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
From there, he left rural upstate New York and headed to the big city
world of advertising in New York City. After 20 years, he decided the
time was right to make a change and head south.
Joe is also the father of two boys and has a keen understanding of the
housing needs of young families. He understands exactly what the Tampa
Bay area is all about and has to offer all age groups. While searching for “the perfect home”
for his family for months in Trinity, Joe gained expert experience in the subdivisions
surrounding the Trinity area.
