Jody is a licensed Real estate agent with the Pinellas REALTOR Organization. One of the youngest members of our team, Jody impressed us from the start. When we interviewed for a new team member we wanted someone with a strong work ethic, good listening skills, and last but not least a quick response time. Jody Kaufman works tirelessly helping customers locate and purchase their real estate requirements. Jody possesses strong communication skills from customer care to negotiating a contract on your behalf. A recent customer Betsie remarked, "Jody took us to see tons of homes in one day, and when I got home I emailed him with more questions - he got back to me within minutes". Background
Jody has been around homes and new construction for many years. Prior to becoming a Licensed Real estate agent, Jody owned and operated a construction company for eight years. Jody loves interacting with customers while providing the utmost in quality service. Customer satisfaction is and always has been number one for Jody.
Personal
A native of Michigan, Jody, his wife and three children have made Land O Lakes their home. The Kaufman’s, like many other Florida transplants, decided "enough cold weather" and moved to the year round sunny and warm State of Florida. They have no regrets; the move to Tampa Bay has been great for all of them. If you are thinking about relocating from one of the northern states, Jody can provide tips from his personal experience to help you make a smooth transition.
Interests
