Dave Hoyt is a member of our thriving office. His experience in the corporate sector
and in the art of the deal makes him an outstanding resource to our home buyers and sellers.
Dave has been a member of the real estate industry since 1996 when he first
owned and operated a residential mortgage company employing multiple loan
originators in two states. Because Dave understands all the nuances of lending
and has such finely honed negotiation skills, his contribution to Lipply Real Estate and to our clients is invaluable.
Dave attended the University of Akron where he earned a BSBA and an MBA in Business Administration
with a concentration in Marketing Research and Planning and Analysis. Upon graduation, he worked for the Jack
Eckerd Corporation in Clearwater. The annual sales in his department amounted to over $100 million dollars.
While employed by Eckerd, Dave negotiated multimillion dollar contracts with companies like Procter and Gamble,
Bristol Myers, Tylenol, and Schering Plough. His responsibilities extended to the remodeling of 1400 stores
and to software program development for the firm. Dave Hoyt brings his competitive nature, his intellect, and
negotiation skills learned in the corporate world to his role as a Realtor.
A native of Wheeling West Virginia, Dave and his wife Teresa have been married for 25 years and have two sons.
He has coached both high school football and baseball teams and currently substitute teaches at several local
schools. Dave enjoys watching sports, camping and hiking, and all outdoor activities. Dave Hoyt is truly a family
man who understands the importance of balancing life and a career.
