Background
In the late 1990s, Arlene and her husband acted as their own general contractors in the building of their own four-bedroom, 3-bath,
3-car garage home in Palm Harbor. The experience of working both on their own and with sub-contractors gave her first-hand
knowledge of new home construction in Florida, and the work it takes to get a home built from start to finish. The quality she
expected of her own home construction is the same quality she brings to build every one of her client's transactions.
Throughout her career, Arlene worked various medical administrative and non-profit positions in Florida. She has held positions
managing medical insurance processing, physician and employee payrolls, and accounting/business management. The organizational
skills she has honed over the years has helped her to use cost-effective techniques that fine-tuned each position she held and has
made her a very valuable Realtor resource.
Arlene was born in Brooklyn, New York, where she lived until her family relocated to the Southwest, and later met her husband of
21 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, and is the proud mother of two girls
who attend Palm Harbor schools.
