Arlene brings to the “Lipply Real Estate Group” an
understanding of the business environment. A graduate of the University of
South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Arlene will use her
expertise and personal experiences to help market your home and get the best
price regardless of market conditions. This experience will prove
invaluable while working the home buyers as well.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, where she lived until her family
relocated to the Southwest, she finished up her primary education, and later met
her husband of 21 years. She is a mother of 2 girls who attend Palm Harbor
schools.
Throughout her career, she worked various medical administrative and non-profit positions
in Florida. She has held responsible positions managing medical insurance processing, physician and employee
payrolls, and accounting/business management. Her excellent organizational
skills helped her to use cost effective techniques that fine-tuned each position
she held.
In the late 1990’s, Arlene and her husband acted as their
own general contractors in the building of their own 4/3/3 home in Palm Harbor.
Many phases they sub-contracted out, but many phases they did themselves.
That
experience gave her first-hand knowledge of some Florida new home construction, and
the work it takes to get a home built from start to completion. The finished
product was one of quality, and it is this quality that she brings to each
transaction.
Arlene, a people person, is dedicated to keeping her
business and family lives connected. She made the Tampa Bay area her home, and
she tries to show others what a great community we live in. She will guide you,
by using her own experiences to make worthwhile purchases and sales.
