subject that it prompted me to write my own article relating my personal thoughts and vision on a seemingly
impossible Tampa Bay Real Estate Bubble.
I have many years of experience, training, and practical hands-on expertise buying, selling, and investing in Real

out on this topic. Although there may be signs of our real estate market slowing its fast
and upward price escalation, which most good real estate agents would welcome I might add, you really
