Brittany Park is a modest, yet very nice neighborhood in northern
Tarpon
Springs. The homes were built
in the mid 1990's and the square footage
is approximately 1800 - 2000. Most have high ceilings.
To get to Brittany Park, you go north on Alt. 19 and turn left on Beckett
Bay then turn into Brittany Park. This subdivision is just south of
Holiday in Pasco County. The homes have either 3 or 4 bedrooms with 2
car garages. Some of them have pools with screen enclosures.
This is a great subdivision for someone who doesn't want to pay high
homeowner's fees, they are under $200 a year. This is not the norm in
Pinellas County for real estate. It is very low, yet you will be
impressed with how well the subdivision is kept up.
The beaches and shopping are nearby. Prices are roughly mid $200s but
they will only go up. Don't delay! The subdivision has been
around long enough to have a nice landscape and mature feel. I would
definitely recommend checking this one out for homes for sale. Call me
should you like for me to check on the current market.
If you are thinking about selling your home in Brittany Park or just want to
know what it's worth, let me know I can get you a free, no obligation
CMA. In today's Tampa Bay real estate
market you really need an experienced and attentive broker to help you sell
your home at the highest market value. I hope you will give me an
opportunity to sit down and talk with you about that.
