Background

Jim Pemberton spent over a decade in the hospitality business. His career has encompassed everything from managing hotel staff to overseeing guest services. He was also responsible for the successful operation of several restaurants and the supervision of food and beverage departments for venues that catered to patrons with discerning tastes.  Jim’s reputation for anticipating client needs and proactively meeting their requirements landed him positions in high profile hotels such as the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers, the Don Cesar Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach, and the Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor Florida.

When the opportunity arose to join Lipply Real Estate, Jim took advantage of the chance to align with a powerful team with an excellent reputation; one that could put to good use his abilities to manage the real estate process as well as the expectations of home buyers and sellers. Jim loves the real estate industry because it is a people-based business where relationships are everything and the interests of the client always take priority.

Personal

A native of Berlin, New Hampshire, Jim moved to Florida after high school to attend USF where we received his BA in Fine Arts. While he did reside in Chicago for eight years, Jim returned to Florida a couple of years ago and now lives happily in Pasco County with his wife, child and their dog Rodney.
