2013 has brought new life to the real estate market. This year is nothing like the past as the market has changed and we are seeing a renewed interest
in buyers all across the country. Prices are slowly but steadily increasing
as well. The shift from a buyer's market to a seller's market was swift and all indications
seem to confirm that 2013 will continue in this fashion. Inventory is down lower than we have seen in many years past so if you have been thinking about

2012 was a great year for us. We sold a total of 424 homes which was a significant increase over the prior year. Many of these were our own listings.
2011 was an exciting year at Lipply Real Estate! Our
office grew to 18 agents and we closed just over 300 transactions. Lipply Real Estate was ranked
#7 in the entire Pinellas Suncoast area. Bob Lipply achieved the honored "Hall of Fame" status
in 2009 which
is a highly distinguished award for professional achievement in real estate
sales. In 2008, we were one of the
leaders in
Florida real estate. Working in the Tampa Bay area for over 10+
years, we have confirmed our place amid thousands of other professionals in this
industry.
